Step 3: In the Outlook Options window, switch to the Add-ins tab. Step 2: Use the left pane to navigate to Options. Step 1: Click on the File menu at the top. If Outlook is working fine in the Safe Mode, you’ll need to disable all the add-ins and restart the app again. Windows will show a prompt asking if want to start Outlook in safe mode. To start Outlook in Safe Mode, press and hold the CTRL key and double-click the Outlook shortcut. To verify that, you can try launching Outlook in Safe Mode. You can't create a new email account through Sky as we no longer offer this service.If you have been using add-ins on Outlook to enhance its functionality, one of them might be preventing Outlook from opening usually.
If your emails have stopped working on your device, remove your Sky Yahoo Mail account and add the account again following the steps below. If you get this error: " Uh-oh.We can't recover your account online because there are no other options on file for your account." Don't worry, just select Start again. To sync your new Sky iD password with your email apps, follow this link to Unlock your emails. Please note: If you used a unique app password to set up emails on your device, you don’t need to update your password. If you change your Sky iD password, remember to update your email app with your new password, using the instructions below.
You can still sign in to your emails through sky.com.
